Audiences will soon be treated to another season of USA Network’s “Burn Notice.”

The channel confirmed to reporters that its longest-running original drama received a 13-episode pickup for its seventh season, which means the series is on deck to become the third show in network history to break the coveted 100-episode mark.

“‘Burn Notice’ is like a fine wine that gets better with age,” said USA Network co-presidents Chris McCumber and Jeff Wachtel in a joint statement that announced the deal. “Delivering high-octane action, gripping drama and nearly 7 million viewers for the mid-season finale, this veteran series is a proven staple of our portfolio.”

The series wrapped up its summer run of season six last August, drawing almost 5 million viewers, and was paired with “Suits,” which has already been picked up for a third season.
