Apparently all is going swimmingly between Adam Levine, Blake Shelton and their two new mid-season replacement “Voice” coaches Usher and Shakira. Well, except for one teeny tiny problem: Blake and Shakira do not understand the words that are coming out of each other’s mouths.

During an appearance on Monday’s episode of “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” Levine, who is presently shooting seasons three and four of “The Voice” concurrently, told Ellen DeGeneres that Shakira is “so sweet,” but that the Colombian-born “She Wolf” singer and Oklahoma native Shelton “have a hard time because they don’t understand each other’s language.”

Maybe Cee Lo can make a return appearance for an interpretive translation performance.

New episodes of “The Voice” air Mondays and Tuesdays on NBC.
