Hollywood is no place for a pregnant celebrity to have a secret delivery. But when it came to keeping the Sept. 27 birth of her son Noah under wraps, Megan Fox had a little unintentional help from a fellow A-list actress: Reese Witherspoon.
“She went into labor the day before I did and all of the paparazzi followed her to Santa Monica,” Fox told Ellen DeGeneres on Wednesday’s episode of “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.”
“So when I went into labor I went to Cedars and nobody cared or knew or was there, and so I got in and out,” she revealed of the unplanned paparazzi subterfuge. “I left the next day and nobody knew and it was a big secret for three weeks.”
DeGeneres suggested more celebrity mothers-to-be utilize the same diversionary tactic. “Well then somebody always has to be the fall guy,” Fox countered.
Although the “This is 40” star has yet to debut photos of her and husband Brian Austin Green’s new bundle of joy, Fox did admit that he looks “seventy percent like Brian.”
