After receiving a bachelor’s degree in fist pumping with a minor in GTL, “Jersey Shore” star Vinny Guadagnino is ready to pursue a higher education in an attempt to achieve a political career.

“I want to get into politics,” Guadagnino recently told TMZ while leaving a nightclub in West Hollywood. “So I was gonna go to law school to get involved in politics.”

“I know how this sounds stumbling coming out of a club,” the 25-year-old jokingly admitted. “But I actually have a brain.”

Prior to being cast on the hit MTV reality series which made him famous, Guadagnino had planned to get into politics. He graduated from CUNY College of Staten Island in three and a half years with a political science degree. While there, he achieved a 3.9 GPA and interned for a New York State assemblyman, he told Us Weekly.

“Jersey Shore” aired its series finale on Thursday night. The last episode attracted the show’s lowest finale audience yet with 3.1 million viewers tuning in to bid adieu to the Seaside Heights crew.
