Mark Salling, who plays Puck on “Glee,” is in legal trouble.

The teen fave is being sued by a woman for sexual battery, according to TMZ, by forcing sex on her without a condom.

The accuser acknowledges in the lawsuit that she had been dating Salling for several months and during a trip together to Canada, she “consented to having sex with Mark — but ONLY with a condom,” according to the report.

Her lawsuit says that Salling engaged in sex anyway without the protection. Afterward, she claims he pushed her to the floor, which caused injuries to her head and knees. A police report was then filed on March 25, the day of the alleged attack.

Salling’s publicist, Janice Lee, denies all of the allegations, telling TMZ, “There is no truth to this. It’s the textbook case of a disgruntled girl looking to cash in on a TV star’s success.”

Roxanne is asking for unspecified damages.
