Lindsay Lohan Rejects Lucrative Offers From ‘Dancing with the Stars’?

Lindsay Lohan is down and out, but still apparently not desperate enough to do “Dancing with the Stars.”

Lohan has reportedly been made several “massive” offers to appear on the ABC dance competition, which she allegedly rejected because she refuses to do reality TV, TMZ reports.

The lucrative offers, which “maxed out at $550,000” says TMZ, would have at least helped the troubled actress’s dismal financial situation (she owes thousands in back taxes).

Frankly, we’re surprised Lohan still has that kind of ego, considering she blew it with her high-profile “SNL” hosting “comeback” last year; and since her “comeback” Lifetime movie “Liz & Dick” was shredded by critics; and the recent riveting NYT’s profile of her confirms Lohan is the trainwreck she appears to be on-set and, thus, is practically unhirable.

As Season 16 of “DWTS” prepares to launch in March, it seems casting is swinging into high gear. It’s also been whispered that “Bachelorette” Emily Maynard may be among the line-up; and that former Miss Alabama and Internet sensation Katherine Webb has been asked to participate, while “huge fan” Ann Romney has declined an offer to appear on the show.

Per their usual denials, ABC reps say, “We don’t comment on casting.”
