Whitney Cummings’ E! Talk Show Cancelled

The E! Channel has cancelled Whitney Cummings’ talk show “Love You, Mean It With Whitney Cummings.”

The last episode of the comedian’s weekly late-night show aired last Wednesday, Feb. 6, a spokesperson for the network has confirmed.

“Love You” debuted quietly last November with little notice, so that might explain why TV viewers may not have been aware that it was even on the air. The cable series was produced by fellow E! comedian Chelsea Handler’s production company.

Cummings has fared better on broadcast TV, where her NBC sitcom “Whitney” is in its second season, and where the sitcom she co-created — “2 Broke Girls” — is a big hit for CBS.
