What happens when “Office Space” meets “Boardwalk Empire?”

HBO fans will soon find out, as the producers of “Boardwalk” have cast Ron Livingston for the upcoming fourth season of the show, according to Deadline.

Livingston has made memorable roles in the likes of “Office Space” and “Swingers” as well as HBO series “Sex and the City” and “Band of Brothers.” He will now portray Roy Phillips, according to the report, “a wealthy out-of-town businessman who catches the eye of Gillian Darmody (Gretchen Mol).”

Of course, Livingston won’t be the only “Office Space” vet to cross past with Nucky Thompson. Stephen Root, who played Milton Waddams in the famed 1999 movie, joined the series last season as the corrupt Gaston Means.
