Blame it on the Kool-Aid, not the Cîroc.

During an appearance on Friday’s “Ellen DeGeneres Show” to promote AQUAHydrate, a new alkaline water beverage that he represents with Mark Wahlberg, Sean “Diddy” Combs admitted that he used to wet the bed as a child.

As a kid, Diddy exclusively drank Kool-Aid instead of water. “I used to pour a half a pound of sugar into the Kool-Aid,” he confessed. “And besides it having me bouncing off the walls I used to be a bed wetter.”

The media mogul admitted that he was so humiliated by the issue that he went on “a quest” to stop it by cutting back on the sugary drink. He referred to his first childhood sleepover without a bed wettting incident as “one one of the greatest days of my life,” noting that it “gave me the swagger that I have today because I stopped.”

Diddy then followed up the admission with a public service announcement for boys and girls around the world: “I’m telling you to drink water, okay? It will stop you from wetting the bed and you won’t be embarrassed in front of the girls at sleepovers.”
