Has ABC shut down the “Bachelor Pad“?
The “Bachelor” franchise spin-off failed to appear on the network’s summer schedule … and could be taking a permanent vacation.
“Bachelor” producer Mike Fleiss revealed on Twitter over the weekend that there will not be a fourth installment of the sexy
sleazy summer staple this year.
“Not happening this summer,” Fleiss wrote Saturday in response to a fan question about the show’s status.
ABC has since confirmed that “Bachelor Pad” is not returning this summer, according to EW.
There’s no word on whether or not the show is officially cancelled, but it doesn’t sound good.
“Bachelor Pad,” which is co-hosted by Chris Harrison and infamous “Bachelor” alum and “DWTS” champ Melissa Rycroft, launched in August 2010 and featured alums of “The Bachelor” and “The Bachelorette” living together and competing for a $250,000 grand prize.
