The reality TV hunk, known for his sexy pecs and iron-pumping ways, admitted to reporters on Tuesday night after the “DWTS” results show that he’s not the man he used to be.

When asked how he keeps his body from changing too much on the dance show, Sean sighed, “I’m not really doing a great job of it. I told myself coming into this that I was going to wake up every morning and go to the gym before I meet with [partner Peta Murgatroyd]. But my body is exhausted and it’s hard to get out of bed in the morning. The six to eight hours we spend a day training is all that I can handle.”
Sean used to pump iron constantly, and “The Bachelor” fans sure saw the results as took his shirt off regularly while finding love with his now-fiancee Catherine Giudici.
But dancing is a much different workout and Sean said, “I’m probably getting smaller every day. My waist is getting smaller. I’m losing weight. I haven’t stepped on a scale [but] I know I’ve lost weight. My arms are getting smaller; everything’s kind of getting smaller because I’m not lifting weights any more, but I’m still in great shape because it’s cardio all day.”
However, it’s not the shape Sean is known for. “My shirts don’t fit as tight as they used to, which as a guy, you’re like, aw, crap,” Sean laughed. “But it’ll come back once [‘DWTS’] is over.”
So, what does Catherine think of his new body? “I could be 100 pounds overweight and she would think I was the sexiest guy in the world,” Sean told reporters. “That’s just who she is.”
