An overweight teenage girl who appeared on “The Rachael Ray Show” is filing a lawsuit against the show, TMZ reports.

Christina Pagliarolo appeared on “Rachael Ray” two years ago, where she agreed to participate in a segment about overweight teens.

Pagliarolo weighed 260 pounds at the time and reportedly wanted to lose 70 pounds for her prom. As part of the segment, she was given a trainer, who she claims yelled and screamed at her — even as she fell off a StairMaster — and forced her to run and hike in the mountains.

Pagliarolo claims she suffered serious injuries, in addition to humiliation and anxiety, and is suing for negligence and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

A rep for Rachael Ray later told TMZ in a statement: “We haven’t received this purported lawsuit but if it does materialize we will defend ourselves against it vigorously and fully expect to prevail.”
