Fox knows its “other” struggling singing competition needs a little love … could they be sending some their way in the form of Jennifer Love Hewitt?
Simon Cowell’s hunt for two new judges for “The X Factor‘s” is on in full force, and “The Client List” star is a new name popping out of the rumor mill.
The 34-year-old Hewitt, an actress who also occasionally sings, is being considered as a possible replacement on the “X Factor” judges panel, according to Us Weekly.
“Simon is very interested,” a source tells the magazine.
Country star Reba McEntire and Kelly Rowland are also in the running, says Us. Rowland may have an edge; she judged 2011’s U.K. version of “The X Factor.”
A “Factor” rep calls it all “pure speculation,” but Us’s source seems to think Rowland is a lock.
Hewitt currently stars on Lifetime’s “The Client List.” [xfinity-record-button id=”5743116742807756112″ program_type=”series”]
