With two popular celebrities in the final two on “All-Star Celebrity Apprentice,” Donald Trump told reporters that this year’s decision may be one of the toughest in the history of the show with country singer Trace Adkins and magician Penn Jillette the two stars left standing.
“Normally, I have an idea [of who the winner will be before the live finale airs],” Trump said, according to The Hollywood Reporter. “In this case, honestly, I don’t have an idea. I’ll determine it, but I do not know yet.”
But Trump said that while Adkins and Jillette are on the final challenge, there is still plenty of drama to come for audiences.
“It’s a very tough group of people, and the game is played very hard,” he said. “It’s a little bit nasty in a couple of cases. But overall I think it’s really going to be great television.”
The finale, which runs on NBC at 9pm on Sunday, will also see an unusual pairing when rivals Jillette and Adkins perform together with Adkins singing and Jillette playing bass.
