Show: “The Crazy Ones”
Stars: Robin Williams, Sarah Michelle Gellar
Network: CBS
Premise: A new comedy starring Williams as an unorthodox advertising executive and Gellar playing his daughter.

Show: “Marvel’s The Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.”
Stars: Clark Gregg, Ming-Na Wen, Brett Dalton, Chloe Bennet, Iain De Caestecker and Elizabeth Henstridge, and coming from “Avengers” director Joss Whedon (“Buffy, “Angel”)
Network: ABC
Premise: Clark Gregg reprises his role as Agent Phil Coulson from the feature films, who assembles a select group of Agents to investigate the strange and the unknown, and protect the ordinary from the extraordinary.

Show: “The Blacklist”
Stars: James Spader
Network: NBC
Premise: “The Blacklist” centers around Red (Spader), the world’s most wanted criminal who mysteriously turns himself in and offers to give up everyone he has ever worked with…on the condition that he only work with rookie FBI Agent Elizabeth Keen (Megan Boone). The drama has landed the high-profile spot behind “The Voice” on Mondays at 10pm (bumping “Revolution” to Wednesdays)

Show: “Super Fun Night”
Stars: Rebel Wilson (“Bridesmaids,” “Pitch Perfect”), with Conan O’Brien among the executive producers
Network: ABC
Premise: Wilson plays junior attorney Kimmie Boubier who’s had a standing Friday night date for the last 13 years with her two best friends Helen-Alice (Liza Lapira) and Marika (Lauren Ash), until her recent promotion, and a handsome British attorney, throw a wrench in it. The sitcom has landed the plum post-“Modern Family” time slot on Wednesday nights.

Stars: Michael J. Fox
Network: NBC
Premise: Fox plays a version of himself, starring as a well-known newscaster with Parkinson’s who decides to return to television after several years away from the spotlight in this new Thursday night comedy.

Show: “Hostages”
Stars: Toni Collette, Dylan McDermott, and from executive producer Jerry Bruckheimer
Network: CBS
Premise: A serialized thriller about a successful surgeon (Collette) who’s thrust into a political conspiracy when her family is taken hostage, with McDermott as the FBI Agent at the center of the conspiracy.

Show: “Trophy Wife”
Stars: Malin Akerman (“Watchmen”), Bradley Whitford (“The West Wing”), Marcia Gay Harden
Network: ABC
Premise: This comedy stars Akerman as a reformed party girl who becomes Pete’s (Whitford) third wife and mother to three step-children, who’s hoping three times is a charm. Harden plays ex-wife No. 1 and Michaela Watkins is ex-wife No. 2.

Stars: Joseph Morgan, Daniel Gillies and Claire Holt
Network: The CW
Premise: The spinoff of The CW hit “The Vampire Diaries,” “The Originals” focuses on TVD’s fan fave Klaus and the other starter members of the vampire clan.
