Storage Wars” star Brandi Passante claimed a major victory in her legal battle over an online porn video that she says was fake.

According to The Wrap, Judge James V. Selna of U.S. District Court in central California ruled in Passante’s favor on Friday in the lawsuit, in which Passante was seeking $2.5 million. Passante sued the former operator of the website Is Anyone Up, claiming that “Moore distributed a pornographic video falsely claiming to feature her over the internet.”

However, Passante likely wasn’t smiling after the decision was announced, as she was awarded a grand total of $750.

That said, she was also granted attorneys’ fees, and a permanent injunction that ordered Moore to “remove any remaining and undisclosed content of video from all websites and restraining Defendant from disseminating the content of the video.”

Passante now has one more chance, however, with an option to submit a renewed application or actual damages within 30 days of the judge’s order.
