After a year of marriage, former “Full House” star Jodie Sweetin is seeking a legal separation from her husband.

Sweetin filed papers in a Los Angeles court on Monday seeking a divorce from husband Morty Coyle, according to TMZ, citing irreconcilable differences. This marks Sweetin’s third marriage.

“She seems in good spirits,” a source told Us Weekly about the split. “She’s sober still so she’s in way better shape than last time. It’s definitely true. I guess it’s not working out.”

Sweetin has reportedly been sober after struggling for years after struggling with alcohol and drug addiction after “Full House” ended. Her struggles were detailed in her memoir, unSweetined.

The actress is seeking full custody of the couple’s 2-year-old daughter Beatrix. Sweetin is also mother to Zoie Herpin, her 5-year-old daughter with ex-husband Cody Herpin.

Sweetin and Coyle exchanged vows in Beverly Hills in March 2012.
