He did it again! Hot dog-demolishing dynamo Joey Chestnut beat his own record and downed 69 franks at the annual Fourth of July hot dog eating contest on Coney Island.

That makes seven years in a row that Chestnut, 29, has won the eating contest, this time topping the record he set in 2009 (and tied last year) for wolfing down 68 hot dogs (with buns) in just 10 minutes.

And 45-year-old Sonya “The Black Widow” Thomas (who weighs in at just 100 pounds) scarfed down nearly 37 franks to claim the victory in the women’s competition, marking her third consecutive win.

Both of the reigning champs appeared Friday on “The Today Show,” where they discussed their techniques on how they master such an amazing (and, come on, a little gross) feat.
