Kevin Hart was sentenced to three years probation on Monday after he plead no contest for driving under the influence — a charge he received in April.

According to CBS news, the actor and comedian was also fined $390 and ordered to complete a three-month-long alcohol education program.

The 33-year-old was charged with a DUI in Los Angeles after he was reportedly seen driving at speeds as high as 90 mph on the Venture Freeway on April 14th.

Hart was jailed for several hours after failing sobriety tests but was later released on a $5,000 bond.
