Tuesday’s Season 9 return of “Little People, Big World” on TLC became the show’s biggest night in three years for several key demographics.
Two million total viewers tuned in to catch up with The Roloffs. It scored its highest ratings across several demos, including a 1.2 with TLC’s key demo, women 25-54. The episode scored the show’s highest ratings over several demos and total viewers since its sixth season finale in December 2010. It’s also the highest-rated season premiere since Season 4.
For total viewers and women 25-54, it marks the highest-rated season premiere since Season 5.
On Season 9, Matt and Amy have the kids all back at home at the same time for the first time in two years. With weddings resuming on the farm, Matt makes the impulsive decision to burn down the bridal suite, complicating things with their bride. Plus, family dog Rocky’s health gets worse.
“Little People, Big World” airs Tuesdays at 9/8c on TLC.
