It’s Monday muchachos and this is going to be a great week. There was a lot of good stuff on TV last night that I’ve spent most of the day catching up on Xfinity On Demand.

Univision invited me to visit the set of “Mira Quien Baila” yesterday for the big elimination between merengue singer Manny Manuel and “Despierta America” host Johnny Lozada. The competition was tough but the Puerto Rican natives gave it their all. Backstage both spent every free moment practicing with their partners but in the end only one could remain. Ahead of the decision, Manny and Johnny were surprised by their moms who stood by as they awaited their fate. After an incredible run and a few tears, Manny was eliminated from the competition and Johnny moved on to the next round. The show ended with another big surprise. None of the other contestants: Marjorie de Souza, Pedro Moreno, nor ManĂ© de la Parra were eliminated.

Special guest performers included America Sierra, Laura Pausini, Zuleyka Rivera, David Zepeda, and Blanca Soto.

If you missed it when it first aired, NUVO is airing “Miami Ink” starting with episode one of their first season at 8pm. The show, which follows five friends with a new tattoo shop on South Beach, ended up becoming one of the biggest hits for TLC Network. “Miami Ink” launched Kat Von D‘s career and inspired four spin-off including Kat’s L.A. Ink, NY Ink, London Ink, and Madrid Ink.

Fox has a new episode of “Sleepy Hollow” on at 9pm. After Ichobod Crane (Tom Mison) goes missing, his dead wife Katrina (Katia Winter) appears to Abbie (Nicole Beharie) in a vision with a warning. And since we can’t have a show without hot Ichobod, I’m excited to see what adventures Abbie will go on to get him back.

In the highly anticipated season three finale of “The Real Housewives of Miami,” Joanna Krupa finally walks down the aisle but not without the drama audiences love so much. Things got really heated between Alexia Echevarria and Lisa Hochstein in last night’s episode where the ladies headed to Las Vegas to celebrate Joanna’s bachelorette. Lea Black and Adriana De Moura may have tried to make peace recently but neither seem too confident the other is being genuine. Will things ever be the same for them as it once was? Will Joanna make it to the altar on time? Tune in to Bravo at 10pm so you don’t miss one juicy detail.

Eugenio Derbez visits with “The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson” at 12:30 on CBS. His movie, “Instructions Not Included” was a huge hit at the box office this summer. You definitely need to have Derbez on your radar.
