Maria Bartiromo is leaving CNBC for Fox News, according to the Drudge Report.

The financial journalist and magazine columnist will anchor a “daily market hours program” on Fox Business News and will also contribute to Fox News, the report claims.

A spokeswoman for Fox did not immediately respond to requests for comment, but a spokesperson for CNBC wished Bartiromo well and said her contract will expire on November 24.

“Her contributions to CNBC are too numerous to list but we thank her for all of her hard work over the years and wish her the best,” the spokesman said in a statement.

Bartiromo has been with CNBC for 20 years, where she anchors the “Closing Bell” program and is the host and managing editor of “On the Money with Maria Bartiromo.”

She also writes a monthly Q&A column for USA Today called “One-on-One with Maria Bartiromo,” and has authored three books, including the 2011 best-seller “The Weekend That Changed Wall Street.”

Prior to joining CNBC, she worked as a producer and assignment editor with CNN Business News.
