Happy Hump Day and congratulations on surviving halfway through the work week. Now that we are free of April Fool’s Day, we can get back to business as usual without worrying about a loved ones injury, divorce, and/or pregnancy.
Let’s kick off the night with an all new episode of “Arrow” at 8pm on the CW. Tonight, Oliver (Stephen Amell) attempts to protect his family after Slade (Manu Bennett) launches the next stage of his plan for revenge for Shado’s (Celina Jade) death and Oliver’s betrayal. However, one of Oliver’s team questions whether Oliver is seeing clearly. Meanwhile, Isabel schemes to take control of Queen Consolidated.
At 9pm, the episode “Downloaded Child” of “Law and Order: Special Victims Unit” airs on NBC. A single mom gets arrested for child endangerment because she leaves her daughter home alone. However, Benson (Mariska Hargitay) suspects the mother’s actions are based on fear and not neglect, and Dr. Lindstrom (Bill Irwin) uncovers the woman’s own repressed memories of being abused.
“Chicago PD” is one of my current favorite TV shows and they have an all new episode airing at 10pm also on NBC. Tonight, Halstead (Jesse Soffer) is threatened with losing his job after Lonnie Rodiger (Matthew Sherbach) is found dead. Meanwhile, Severide (Taylor Kinney) and Clarke (Jeff Hephner) discover the body of a doctor who helped put many criminals behind bars; Sumner (Sydney Tamiia Poitier) gets a chance to prove her worth; and Lindsay (Sophia Bush) gets a moment alone with Severide.
Funnyman George Lopez will be visiting “The Arsenio Hall Show” tonight at 11pm on The CW. Lopez has been keeping a pretty busy schedule with promotions of his latest film “Rio 2” and his FX comedy, “Saint George.”
Did you miss Pitbull on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” last night? The Miami-born Cubanito was joined by G.R.L. for their duet, “Wild Wild Love” and it was hot! Check it out below:
