Oh no! I can’t believe it’s Thursday already and the season finale of “The Vampire Diaries” is only a few hours away. Airing at 8pm on The CW, season 5 ends with Damon (Ian Somerhalder) trying to stop the disintegration of the Other Side. Meanwhile, Elena (Nina Dobrev) takes matters into her own hands and demands that Liv (Penelope Mitchell) and Luke (Chris Brochu) help her; and Markos (Raffi Barsoumian) uses violence against Tyler/Julian (Michael Trevino) to prove that Mystic Falls is under the control of the Travelers.

One show I’m super sad to say goodbye to is the CW period drama “Reign.” Tune in to “The Slaughter of Innocence” at 9pm where Mary (Adelaide Kane) and Francis (Toby Regbo) take drastic action in response to Henry’s (Alan Van Sprang) madness. Meanwhile, a terror in the woods puts everyone in peril; and Mary makes a bold choice when she discovers Lola (Anna Popplewell) is in the midst of a life-threatening labor.

Elementary” wraps season two at 10pm on CBS with the episode “The Grand Experiment.” The relationship between Holmes (Jonny Lee Miller) and Watson (Lucy Liu) coming to a crossroads, but they agree to put their differences aside to help Sherlock’s brother Mycroft (Rhys Ifans), who faces accusations of treason and murder.

Make sure you watch last weeks episode entitled, “Art in the Blood” so you’re ready to say goodbye properly:
