To celebrate JImmy Fallon’s ascension to host of the “Tonight Show,” Streampix offers the following series of his 10 best moments on “SNL.”
John Goodman is probably best known for his role as husband Dan Conner on TV’s “Roseanne” which he played for nine years, from 1988-’97, but to film buffs, he is recognized as a go-to guy for the Coen brothers.
Fallon’s BFF Justin Timberlake will join his buddy as musical guest Dec. 21; One Direction and Kings of Leon also to perform next month.
The Coen brothers’ “The Big Lebowski” opened on March 6, 1998, to a disappointing first weekend box office of $5.5 million, and the head-scratching of most critics, who declared it a puzzling, profanity-laced disappointment as the siblings’ follow-up to 1996’s “Fargo.”
