If you haven’t seen H.P. Mendoza’s 2012 horror film “I Am A Ghost,” you’re in for a Halloween treat. The award-winning film stars Anna Ishida as Emily, a ghost trapped in her own house, and she carries the entire film as the sole cast member — other than the disembodied voice of Sylvia (Jeannie Barroga), a clairvoyant hired to rid the house of spirits. The resulting story, influenced by films including “Picnic at Hanging Rock” and “Poltergiest,” is an eerie, haunting delight.
