Shonda Rhimes

Shonda Rhimes is a very successful screenwriter, director, and producer. She is the creator, executive producer, and head writer for the hit TV drama show “Grey’s Anatomy.” Rhimes also launched a spin-off version of “Grey’s Anatomy” in 2007 called “Private Practice.” She also developed the show “Scandal” which debuted in 2012. Over the years, Rhimes has been honored with numerous Emmy, PGA, NAACP, and other awards. —XFINITY Entertainment Staff
