LaBeouf transitioned his image as Disney goofball into a successful movie career with roles in films such as 2003's "Holes" and 2007's "Disturbia." He was cast as Sam Witwicky in the "Transformers" franchise and landed a role in the highly anticipated movie "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull."
Despite his success, LaBeouf has had several run-ins with the law, including a 2005 arrest for assault, a 2007 arrest for trespassing, a 2008 arrest for driving under the influence and a 2014 arrest for disorderly conduct and trespassing. The 29-year-old appeared in the World War II movie "Fury" in 2013 and starred in the recently released war thriller "Man Down." —XFINITY Entertainment Staff
