"Felicity" was a huge hit for the WB network when it debuted in 1998, but when writers decided to chop off Keri Russell's iconic curly locks for season two, the ratings took a 50-percent nose-dive. Sure, an ill-advised timeslot change contributed to the downfall of "Felicity," but is it just coincidence that the series' ratings began to improve as Russell's hair slowly grew back?
