6. 'Felicity' - Felicity Chops Her Locks

It was the haircut heard 'round the world. "Felicity" was a huge hit for the WB network when it debuted in 1998, but when writers decided to chop off Keri Russell's iconic curly locks for season two, the ratings took a 50-percent nose-dive.
