Gary Busey might be a little odd, but it wasn’t his documented cocaine use that made him that way. In 1988, Busey got into an accident while riding his Harley. The bike skidded out of control, throwing Busey out of the seat and slamming him, head first, into a curb. The impact left a half-dollar sized hole in his skull because he wasn’t wearing a helmet. Busey regained consciousness, but not until after two hours of neurosurgery and a month-long coma. Although he was left with brain damage, he lived to tell the tale today.—Xfinity Entertainment Programmers (AP Photo/Dan Steinberg)
