Tanya Hamilton

Tanya Hamilton has been nominated and won several awards for her work. In 1997, Hamilton’s first work was released, a short film called “The Killers” which won two awards. Hamilton also received a Black Reel Award in 2011 for best director in the movie “Night Catches Us” and the film was also nominated for eight other awards. In addition, she is a part of the Sundance Screenwriter and Filmmaker Lab. —XFINITY Entertainment Staff
