After the immense success of her self-titled sitcom, Barr, now 63, has remained a major player in Hollywood. She launched her own talk show, "The Roseanne Show," which ran from 1998 to 2000. In 2005, the outspoken actress returned to her roots with a worldwide stand-up comedy tour. Two divorces, including a highly-publicized split from actor Tom Arnold, and many television appearances later, Barr shows no signs of slowing down. The comedienne recently appeared as a judge on NBC's "Last Comic Standing" and as a guest star on "Cristela."
The actress controversially announced plans to run for President of the United States in early 2012, and won the presidential nomination of the Peace and Freedom Party that August. She lives on a macadamia nut farm on the Big Island of Hawaii with Johnny Argent, her boyfriend since 2003. —XFINITY Entertainment Staff
