The Worst of the Worst

The haunted submarine film "Phantom," starring Ed Harris and David Duchovny, completely bombed at the box office this weekend. According to Exhibitor Relations, the flick, which cost an estimated $18 million to make, only pulled in $465,000 at 1,100 theaters across the country.
