When it comes to blending with the earth, nothing beats building with it. This little house in Rutledge, Missouri, was molded into shape using lumps of earth mixed with sand and straw. The result? A non-linear home with a roof that has nearly as much plant life as the organic gardens below. Brian “Ziggy” Liloia who built the house says he did so for about $3,000.
