Cooked Pasta (Most Types)

Three to five days in the refrigerator or one to two months in the freezer.

If you’ve made too much pasta for dinner, don’t let it go to waste. Refrigerate cooked pasta within two hours of cooking in an airtight container or freezer bag. Baked pasta dishes with sauce will freeze best; cooked dry pasta may become mushy when thawed. Freezer time is for best quality -- foods kept at zero degrees Fahrenheit will be safe to eat indefinitely.
