2012 NFL Offseason Rankings

17 of 33

16. Minnesota Vikings

Best Move: Draft Day Trade from No. 3 to No. 4

Best Draft Pick: OT Matt Kalil (First Round, No. 4)

Key Loss: OG Steve Hutchinson (Titans)

Overall: GM Rick Speilman took the right approach. The Vikings sat out most of free agency and continued their rebuilding process through the draft. Spielman even moved back one spot in the draft and acquired fourth, fifth and seventh-rounders. Minnesota still landed its guy Kalil with the fourth pick. All in all, a successful offseason for the rebuilding Vikes. (AP Photo/Jason DeCrow)
