2012 NFL Offseason Rankings

3 of 33

2. Buffalo Bills

Best Move: DE Mario Williams (Free Agent)

Best Draft Pick: CB Stephon Gilmore (First Round, No. 10)

Key Loss: OT Demetress Bell (Eagles)

Overall: Re-signing WR Stevie Johnson was a stellar way to begin the offseason. The Bills then went and massively upgraded their porous defense. Williams and Gilmore, combined with last year's first-round pick Marcell Dareus and free agent signing Nick Barnett, give Buffalo a much more imposing look. Free-agent signing Mark Anderson also provides another pass rushing option. Overall, it was a great offseason for the Bills. (AP Photo/David Duprey)
