2012 NFL Offseason Rankings

32 of 33

31. Cleveland Browns

Best Move: DE Frostee Rucker (Free Agent)

Best Draft Pick: RB Trent Richardson (First Round, No. 3)

Key Loss: RB Peyton Hillis (Chiefs)

Overall: The Browns used a late first-round pick on 28-year-old quarterback Brandon Weeden. If replacing Colt McCoy was the plan all along, it would have made sense to at least try and land one of the top free agent QB's on the market. Instead, the Browns decided to build their team around a running back (Trent Richardson) and a 28-year-old rookie quarterback. And their most significant free agent acquisition was Frostee Rucker. That doesn't bode well for a roster that lacked talent last season. (AP Photo/Jason DeCrow)
