Breakdown: Elam is a Day 1 starter who will make a significant immediate impact, helping ease the loss of Ed Reed. Arthur Brown too, who takes over for Ray Lewis and will make tons of plays. How do you draft 32nd and land two Day 1 impact starters? Ozzie Newsome and Eric DeCosta. They do a great job every year in the draft. They did it again this year, and even found a player from Colorado State-Pueblo.
