16. San Diego Chargers (4-6, Previous: 11)
The Chargers lost their third game in a row to a Dolphins team that, between the bullying scandal and last week’s demoralizing loss to the formerly winless Bucs, was primed for defeat. Blame for the loss goes more to San Diego than Miami, with the Chargers drawing 10 penalties for 76 yards, including two that cost them 11 points. They lost by four. (Getty Photo)
