1. Seattle Seahawks (11-1, Previous 1)
Just, wow. The Seahawks destroyed every aspect of the Saints on Monday night, holding the offense to under 200 yards and 7 points, rolling over the defense for 34 points of their own, and shaming what had been the second-best team in the NFC in a devastating rout. Russell Wilson threw for 310 yards and three touchdowns in a masterful performance, while Richard Sherman, Earl Thomas and the rest of Seattle’s Legion of Boom embarrassed New Orleans with an endless stream of 3-and-outs. The Seahawks clinched a spot in the postseason and took a commanding lead in the race for home-field advantage on the same night its "12th man" set a record for volume in an outdoor stadium. Be scared. (AP)
