This is the Year the Buffalo Bills Make the Playoffs

No, really, I mean it. The Bills haven’t been to the playoffs since 1999 and the starting quarterback in that game (“The Music City Miracle”) was Rob freakin’ Johnson. Buffalo started off the 2011 campaign with three straight wins -- including a 34-31 thriller over New England -- only to see the campaign careen off the road due to an unheard of rash of injuries to 13 starters. They’re healthy now, they added Mario Williams, Stephon Gilmore and Mark Anderson in the offseason, and they finish the season with the following seven games — Miami, at Indy, Jacksonville, St. Louis, Seattle, at Miami, New York Jets. They’ve also got the Browns and Cardinals this season. The Bills are a wild-card team. - Peter Schrager (AP Photo/Doug Benz)
